BeatChaser-2000 & BeatGouram

Today topic is about Dx BeatChaser-2000 & BeatGouram. Let's has a basic picture about the figure. It released on October 2000 (more than 10 years to this day, 2014) and the manufacturer is Bandai. The box is larger than other similar product, the package size is 39cm * 28cm * 8cm and the weight is about 980 gram (sorry for didn't capture the box). It requires 2 AAA batteries and 3 LR44 button cells for connecting the mobile phone (only 3 buttons have function) and BeatChaser-2000. The mobile phone has a couple of sounds, there are the dialogues between Yusuke Godai and Kaoru Ichijo. The regular price of this Dx BeatChaser-2000 & BeatGouram is 7,980 Yen.

Yusuke Godai

Yusuke Godai both in Hokkaido, on March 18, 1975. He transforms into Kamen Rider Kuuga (仮面ライダークウガ) to fight and protect everyone's smile. In fact, he also a happy-go-lucky and kindness person. Besides, he has set a target that he able to own 2000 kind of skills before year 2000. The 1^st skill he own was smile, after that the 2000^th skill is transforms into Kamen Rider Kuuga. 

Back to the figure itself. The figure has three parts that can turn 360°, which are head and both hands. Other parts are in fixed posture. It is perfect to match with SHF Kamen Rider Kuuga and able to display with more posture.  

BeatChaser-2000

Next, let's talk about BeatChaser-2000. It's base machine is GASGAS Pampera 250. The Scientific Police Research Department had custom a bike to Kamen Rider Kuuga to fight for against the Unidentified Life Forms. They used BT steel as the body of the bike intend to increase the endurance when combined with BeatGouram. Basically, BeatChaser-2000 is the second bike of Kamen Rider Kuuga after the TryChaser-2000 was destroyed and it shows in episode 33. BeatChaser-2000 has 2 modes, which are Blue Line and Red Line. Usually Yusuke Godai will uses Blue Line in his daily activities and before he transforms into Kamen Rider Kuuga, go on with after transformed into Kamen Rider Kuuga or key in 0015, then it will turns to Red Line. Back to the figure itself. As the paragraph above had mentioned that Dx BeatChaser-2000 requires 3 LR44 button cells that need to place at the seat of the bike. While pressed with the play button (at the engine part), the Kamen Rider Kuuga transforming sound effect will be play with the speaker that placed at the right-hand side of the bike. In terms of the design and colour, it is very detailed and it was the production that more than 10 years already.

BeatChaser-2000

Yusuke Godai likes the symbol of [Warrior Kuuga] very much, his had printed the symbol on his shirts and bike and made a belt buckle with the symbol of [Warrior Kuuga] by himself. Now even the aprons that use at the Café Pole Pole also printed the symbol on it. (Refer and zoom in to the photos - BeatChaser-2000) 

Although the starting point of Yusuke Godai to become Kamen Rider Kuuga is protect human being, but for his uses of violence, his feel very unhappy and repulsive. Nevertheless, after he defeated N-Daguva-Zeba (also known as Unidentified Life Form 0), he returned to his overseas travel.

BeatGouram

Now is the turn of Gouram. According to the ancient records, Gouram was a "horse armour" that has self-sentient and was created for the use of Warrior Kuuga. In its has a stone called Soul Stone Amadam, which can respond to the command of Warrior Kuuga. 

Gouram looks like a giant beetle and able to combine with the bike that using by Kamen Rider Kuuga. Besides, Gouram has an ability to fly and able to pick Kamen Rider Kuuga up to the air. 

On the other hand, the combination of BeatGouram and BeatChaser-2000 was showed in episode 35. Gouram will keep on evolving along with the power that Kamen Rider Kuuga have. At the last, Kamen Rider Kuuga got the Rising-Form Power and the BeatGouram also influenced by the power. At Rising-BeatGouram surface has added golden armour and the attack force of it also increased. Therefore, Kamen Rider Kuuga need to end up with the Unidentified Life Forms in the empty place, in order to avoid the huge explosion to hurt others.

Back to the figure itself. BeatGouram has come with its own stand. Yet need to pay more attention when place the BeatGouram on it because the BeatGouram is easy to break into 2 pieces, which are front and back. (refer to the photo - BeatGouram) However, the design of BeatGouram was very detailed, even the small Lindo words also painted clearly on it. Moreover, that is not hard to assemble the BeatChaser-2000 with the BeatGouram but please remind that assembly must be gentle because it is made by plastic and easy to break. 

In my opinion, I prefer TriGouram more than BeatGouram. Although both are look similar but the colour of TriGouram is more attractive, whereby the colour of BeatGouram are all in same the tone.
